I can't get through when I call on the phone?

We do not do any in person ordering. I sent an email and did not get a response?
Our business operating hours are Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM CST (excluding holidays). Usually you will get a response right away. But please allow 24 hours OR until the next business day.
Can I schedule an appointment to talk to someone in person?

Ordering FAQ

What is the best artwork format to use?
The best artwork format to use on our site is a .png file with a transparent backround, true to the size you want printed with a resolution of 300 DPI. (If you feel lost don't worry, we can usually work with whatever you have. Just upload it and our art team will make it right for you).
When I upload my design, it doesn't look right?
When you upload, simply place the artwork you have about where you want it on the shirt. We review every order. If your artwork needs to be cleaned up, straightened out, or revised for print, we handle that on our end. Once our art team has made your art print ready, we send you a mockup approval before we print your job.
Your online designer says my artwork will print blurry?
You do not have to worry about that warning. In the event your artwork is blurry, we will enhance it and format it for print. We send a final mockup for your approval before we print your job.
There's a white box around my artwork. I can't remove it?
You can leave the white box there. Our art team will remove the white box, and send you a mockup for approval before we print your job.
Can you send me a mockup before I order?
Artwork prep is a timely process and we do not enhance any artwork until an order has been placed. Once you place an order, our art team will enhance your artwork for print and send you a mockup for approval before we print your job.
How can I request a quote?
For complex jobs, requests for over 250 pieces, and/or jobs that require multiple different styles (hoodies, T-Shirts, jackets, hats, etc) you can use our contact form at https://wemaketshirts.net/contact

Turnaround Time FAQ

How long does a job take?
All standard jobs are 10-14 business days to complete plus shipping time. We do offer 3 day rush, and 1 week guarantee services for an additonal cost. Both of these options are available when you check out online. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible without sacrificing on quality.
Can you print me a shirt today?
We do not offer same day services. Our quickest turnaround time is 3 days.
