Ordering

How do I order?

We take all orders online. The best method is to use our website. Select a product you like, upload your artwork, select the sizes you need, and check out. You can also fill out our quote request form and we will get in touch as soon as possible.

Can I come in and order?

Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow walk in ordering.

Can I reorder a past job?

Yes. Share your previous order number or team/store name and we’ll duplicate the specs. Minor updates are easy.

Artwork & Files

What file types do you accept?

Vector files (.AI, .PDF, .SVG) are best. High-resolution PNGs (300 DPI, transparent background) also work. Include fonts or outline them.

Will I see a proof?

Yes—digital proofs are sent for approval before production. Check sizing, colors, and placement carefully.

Can you fix or recreate my art?

We offer cleanups and recreations. Simple fixes are often free; full redraws or complex designs may have a small fee.

Production & Turnaround

What’s standard turnaround time?

Typical production is 5–10 business days after proof approval and payment. Need it sooner? Ask about rush options.

Can I mix sizes, colors, or styles?

Yes—mixing sizes is standard. Mixing garment colors or styles is fine, but pricing may vary and extra setup may apply.

Do you offer samples or test prints?

We can provide a paid pre-production sample on request. For most orders, a detailed digital proof suffices.

Shipping & Pickup

Do you ship orders?

Yes—UPS/USPS nationwide. Local pickup is also available at checkout. Tracking is provided when your order ships.

Can you split an order to multiple addresses?

Absolutely. Provide the address list and quantities per location; additional shipping charges will apply.

Care & Quality

How do I care for printed and embroidered items?

Wash inside-out, cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on prints or patches.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll assess and make it right.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

Major cards, ACH, and business checks. Deposits are required to start production; balance due before pickup or shipping.

Do you charge setup fees?

Screen printing may include screen/setup fees; embroidery may include digitizing. Reorders typically reuse setups.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Orders canceled before production may be refunded minus any art or setup work completed. Custom items can’t be refunded once produced.
