Overview: As a junior receptionist, your job is to handle all customer service related matters. This includes answering the phones, answering emails, taking payments, sending quotes, and answering any customer related questions.
Schedule: As a junior receptionist, we require a 40 hour work week. Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM.
Pay: We pay based on experience. But the minimum salary for this job is $13 per hour. Maxiumum salary for this job is $18.90 per hour.
Qualifications: Qualifications for this job include being friendly, and presentable. In person and on the telephone. Multi tasking and quick learning skills are a must. Leadership skills will get you further along in the position as well as the company. Our junior receptionist is the face of our company when the customer walks in. So it's important that his individual leaves a great impression.
Skills required: We are commited to training new staff members to our standards. Skills that pair with this position are customer service, computer related, proper grammar, etc. Software you will use include in house shop management software programs, adobe, intuit, canva, etc. Having an understanding of how these things work is a plus, but not required.
